- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My Doctor has moved surgery of which l am totally aware having been presented with a leaflet with the new surgery number on it - l have today called the number regarding a repeat prescription to be told to ring the prescription line - after enquiring if this was the same number l was told no it was not and was asked to write down the number ----- l work in a paperless environment due to DPA therefore there is no need for pens/paper - why can you not just make a note and present this to your prescription line??? given the fact that you failed to place this information on your leaflet?? - furthermore to this the last time l ordered via your old prescription line when l arrived to collect this l was informed that no prescription was ready as the prescription line wasnt working correctly - what a bloody shamblesBy Admin, January 04, 2020
